Has the same name as jingke (Chen Wei) (but not the same characters).
His ID GALA comes from his favorite band of the same name.
Occasionally called "GALA8" by his teammates due to his tendency to come 8th in Teamfight Tactics.
- After getting knocked out at Worlds 2021, he jokingly said that he wanted to change his nickname to "GALA1" as he thought the number 8 was the reason why they were eliminated in the quarterfinals.
Reached 1000 kills in the LPL on January 23, 2022.
- The 27th player to reach 1000 kills in the LPL.
Reached 1500 kills in the LPL on February 28, 2023.
- The 18th player to reach 1500 kills in the LPL.
