||

Due to Sale of Sponsorship rule changes for the 2015 Season, the Evil Geniuses brand was required to be pulled from the team that represented them. The initial starting roster of Winterfox announced on January 7th included Pobelter, Altec, and Helios (Shin Dong-jin) from EG's season 4 roster and added new players Avalon and Imagine (Jang Hyeon-su). |

||
+ | Due to visa issues, for week 1 of the NA LCS Spring Split Flaresz, ShorterACE, and Gleeb substituted for Avalon, Helios, and Imagine, respectively; Gleeb continued to play until the start of the fifth week, and Imagine finally started playing for week 6. With only a 1-3 record with Avalon, and a 5-7 record on the season going into week 7, the team made a roster change. Altec replaced Imagine in support, moving from AD carry, while their coach Paragon moved to play AD carry. Imagine was moved to be a substitute. However, after an 0-2 week they made changes once again, this time moving Gleeb back to the starting roster and putting Altec at AD carry again. |

+ | At the end of the season, Winterfox had 7-11 record, putting them in eighth place and sending them to relegations. Given the choice between playing against Team Dragon Knights and Team Fusion, Winterfox chose the former, despite their higher placement in the Challenger playoffs. Due to starting mid laner Kyle leaving the team prior to the tournament, TDK started Alex Ich in mid lane, and Winterfox lost the series 1-3 and sending them to the Challenger series. After Pobelter and Altec left to join CLG and Gravity respectively, Winterfox announced a new roster that included Avalon, ShorterACE, Arcsecond, P1noy, and ExecutionerKen. |

Winterfox was a North American team. They were formerly known as Evil Geniuses.
History[]
Winterfox was established in January 2015, rebranded from Evil Geniuses. Due to Sale of Sponsorship rule changes for the 2015 Season[1], the Evil Geniuses brand was required to be pulled from the team that represented them. The initial starting roster of Winterfox announced on January 7th included Pobelter, Altec, and Helios from EG's season 4 roster and added new players Avalon and Imagine.
2015 Season[]
Due to visa issues, for week 1 of the NA LCS Spring Split Flaresz, ShorterACE, and Gleeb substituted for Avalon, Helios, and Imagine, respectively; Gleeb continued to play until the start of the fifth week, and Imagine finally started playing for week 6. With only a 1-3 record with Avalon, and a 5-7 record on the season going into week 7, the team made a roster change. Altec replaced Imagine in support, moving from AD carry, while their coach Paragon moved to play AD carry. Imagine was moved to be a substitute.[2] However, after an 0-2 week they made changes once again, this time moving Gleeb back to the starting roster and putting Altec at AD carry again.[3]
At the end of the season, Winterfox had 7-11 record, putting them in eighth place and sending them to relegations. After Pobelter and Altec left to join CLG and Gravity respectively, Winterfox announced a new roster that included Avalon, ShorterACE, Arcsecond, P1noy, and ExecutionerKen.[4]
Winterfox finished the NACS summer season with a 1-9 record and in last place behind Vortex.
