Biography[]

2015 Season[]

Shin "Avalon" Dong-hyeon joined Winterfox in January 2015 as their top laner for the NA LCS Spring Split; due to issues with his visa, he began to play with the team for the second week of the split, replaced by Flaresz for the first week. Though Avalon himself stayed with the team for the rest of the split, Winterfox underwent multiple roster substitutions in their bot lane during the split. They finished in eighth place with a 7-11 record, forced into relegations. Given the choice between playing against Team Dragon Knights and Team Fusion, Winterfox chose the former, despite their higher placement in the Challenger playoffs. Due to starting mid laner Kyle leaving the team prior to the tournament, TDK started Alex Ich in mid lane, and Winterfox lost the series 1-3 and sending them to the Challenger series.

Avalon played for Winterfox only for the first three weeks of the NACS regular season and was then replaced by Akaadian. The team finished in last place, with a 1-9 record.
