Overview[]
The Riot 2015 Season Challenger Series is the second season of North America's League of Legends Challenger league. Six teams will compete in a double round robin group stage before moving to offline playoffs with a chance at joining the LCS on the line.
Format[]
- Six Teams
- Two from 2015 NA LCS Expansion
- Four from Qualifier
- Double Round Robin
- Each of the six teams will play one another every week in two matches -- one game on each side of the map.
- Both matches will be played during the same week.
- Every game is Best of One
- Top four teams advance base on Win-Loss record
- Ties will be broken according to LCS tiebreaker procedures.
- Fifth-place team gets two byes in the Summer Qualifier
- Sixth-place team gets one bye in the Summer Qualifier
- Upon successful completion of the regular season, teams get $ 10,000.[1][2]

- 1Cloud9 Tempest were disqualified prior the tournament for using a ringer in the qualifier. TSM Darkness replaced them.[3]
