Regional CIS Championship[edit]
- Players must reside in or have the appropriate nationality of a CIS country
- Four teams from Online Qualifiers
- Single Elimination
- All matches are best of three
- Winner gets a seed for the International Wildcard Tournament at Gamescom 2013 to fight for a Season 3 World Championship spot
European LCS Matches1[edit]
- All eight European LCS Teams attend
- Each team plays three matches over the weekend
- One game per match
