COGnitive Gaming Partners With Wazabi Gaming

North American Challenger team Wazabi Gaminglogo stdWazabi Gaming announced today they will be joining eSports organization COGnitive Gaminglogo stdCOGnitive Gaming. Wazabi Gaming, and a yet to be announced coaching staff, will be moving into a gaming house in San Jose, CA in September.

“We are proud to announce that we will be joining COGnitive Gaming!” said Zach "Morbuzaan" Kay, Wazabi Gaming’s manager. “COG is a new organization that has big plans for eSports, and we’re very excited to be a part of them. Everyone at Wazabi is looking forward to moving into our very own gaming house. COG is really looking to advance the standard of NA infrastructure, and that’s really going to be a big advantage for our team moving forward.”


Francois “Zamphira” Boucher, mid laner for Wazabi, expressed his gratitude towards COG:

“As a player, the recent deal made with COG is a great opportunity for us. This will give us the chance to work on our synergy and knowing each other more. We feel very privileged and would like to thank COGnitive gaming for making this possible.”


Also optimistic of the partnership was Brad “liss mid op” Fry, the CEO of COGnigitive Gaming, stating COG are “proud” to be working with Wazabi Gaming.

“We are excited to provide the opportunity for Wazabi to work together in a Gaming House,” said Fry. “League of Legends is growing at a rapid pace and we as an organization are excited to begin our involvement with such a great game.”

COGnitive Gaming is based out of San Jose, CA.
