KMT answered by farming more efficiently and matching SHC's tower takedowns blow for blow. KMT Jankos's dragon contests may have been unsuccessful, but they allowed KMT to pick kills and stay in the game. Xaxus held the top lane turret, and his teammates held off their opponents.
However, the Polish team committed a critical mistake during a 5v4 fight at the 44th minute, as they left their backline vulnerable to Rengar's assassination circus and Elise's dive. SUPA HOT CREW turned the fight into a favorable 3-for-2 trade and Nashor. Once they slew the epic monster, SHC claimed two inhibitors, and Mimer pressured the nexus turrets. KMT's desperate engagement backfired, and SHC closed out the game with a 5-for-3 and the nexus.
Copenhagen Wolves counteracted K3's maneuvers with systematic turret takedowns. With map and vision control in tow, CW spotted K3's traps, and they reversed them twice: in a 4-0 teamfight at the 15th minute, and in a 5-0 ace at their blue buff three minutes later.
CW's ambushes allowed them to destroy the secondary turrets and slay Baron Nashor uncontested. Over the span of three minutes, YoungBuck and company plowed through three inhibitors and forced a favorable 4-0 teamfight, before razing the nexus at the 28 minute mark.
Despite TCM's farm advantage, both teams traded kills and turrets until the 25th minute, as the teams met near the Dragon's den. Naruterador's Vi and BarneyD's Fiddlesticks engaged, while TCM Jwaow's Shyvana blocked the escape path, and the fight ended in favor of TCM, 2-0 and the winged beast.
TCM's patience paid off: the snowball was taking shape. Teamfights heavily favored TCM Motroco's teammates, who then claimed objectives (baron among them) and asserted a 14k gold lead by minute 34. Three minutes later, TCM sieged the top lane, and they overwhelmed the Frenchmen's desperate engage to the tune of a 5-1 ace and the nexus.
