Mitch "Boris" Voorspoels is a League of Legends esports player, previously team director for Team Vitality. He was previously known as Krepo.

After starting out on console systems primarily, Boris's introduction to PC gaming was with Warcraft 3, and he eventually began playing World of Warcraft. After some time, Boris discovered Defense of the Ancients - the game which ultimately led him to play League of Legends. Starting off at what he calls a “mediocre” level of play, Boris improved his skill and his rank with the acquisition of a new computer.

Season 1[edit]

The first team Boris played for was Fureur. He also spent a short time playing for La GG along with fredy122 and Snoopeh among others, though the team was not a success. At the end of the season, Boris joined Counter Logic Gaming Europe along with Wickd, Snoopeh, Froggen, and Yellowpete.

Season 2[edit]

Newly formed CLG.EU's first appearance would come at Kings of Europe. The team won the tournament and made a big statement by beating Moscow Five in the final. They would go on to follow this up with another triumph against Moscow Five, beating them in the final of the Corsair Vengeance Cup.

A long season saw Boris and CLG.EU face Moscow Five on a number of other occasions. The next time the two would meet was the final of DreamHack Summer 2012, where again CLG.EU came out victorious. Despite their early season dominance, Froggen and the team were beaten by Moscow Five in the final of ECC Poland.

Next up for CLG.EU were the Regional Finals, where the team placed 3rd behind SK Gaming and Moscow Five. The team's performance sealed them a spot at the Season 2 World Championship. In preparation for this, CLG.EU placed second at Azubu The Champions Summer 2012 against mainly Korean opposition.

At the Season 2 World Championship, Boris and the team finished in 2nd place in the group stages, securing them a place in the knockout rounds of the tournament. CLG.EU beat Team WE in the quarterfinals of the tournament, but were beaten in the semifinals by Madlife's Azubu Frost.

The team finished the season off with a 3rd place finish at the MLG Fall Championship and a 2nd placed finish at DreamHack Winter 2012. At the close of the season, the team decided to split with the CLG organization and join Evil Geniuses.

Season 3[edit]

A new challenge presented itself to Boris and the team in the form of the upcoming LCS Spring Split. A number of good performances on
from Boris saw the team finish 4th, granting them a spot in the Spring Playoffs. Evil Geniuses lost to Fnatic in the semifinals of the tournament, but the team clinched 3rd place by beating SK Gaming in the third-place match.

With Boris now performing especially well on both
, the Summer Split was strangely similar to the Spring Split for EG. With a 3rd place finish, they secured a spot in the Summer Playoffs. Playoffs losses to Fnatic in the semifinal and Moscow Five in the third-place match saw Evil Geniuses finish 4th.

At the end of the season, Evil Geniuses split into two parts, with Froggen and Wickd staying in Europe to form Alliance, while Boris, Snoopeh, and Yellowpete stayed with the organization and moved to North America.

2014 Season[edit]

Boris and the new team played in the Spring Promotion, acquiring the spot of Velocity eSports. Boris and the team managed to beat To Be Determined to qualify for the Spring Split.

A disappointing 7th place finish in the regular season meant that Boris and Evil Geniuses would be playing in the Summer Promotion. They were matched up with Cloud9 Tempest in the promotion tournament, and beat the team 3-1 to secure their place in the Summer Split.

Another below-par split saw Boris and Evil Geniuses finish 7th in the regular season once again, meaning they would be playing in the Spring Promotion. Here, Boris and the team managed to beat Team Coast to qualify for the Spring Season. However, Boris left Evil Geniuses a month later.

2015 Season[edit]

At the start of the season, Boris partnered with Cloud9 as streamer.[20] A month later, he joined Elements to play in the Spring Season of the EU LCS, replacing Nyph.[21] Now reunited with Froggen and Wickd, Boris's contribution helped the team to a 7th place finish in the split, avoiding relegation. After the end of the split, Boris announced his retirement.[22]

Soon after his retirement, Boris joined the EU LCS caster team for the start of the Summer Split[23] and subsequently was invited to be one of the Riot casters for the 2015 Worlds.
