The Copa Coliseo (Coliseum Cup) is a weekly tournament for Latin American teams organized by the Argentine gaming organization Coliseo.
The idea behind this league, originally proposed by Minibestia of Coliseo Dragons and implemented by Coliseo, is to add to the professionalism and quality of the Latin American scene, creating practices that reward teams for sticking together and having stable sponsor organizations.
Coliseo intends for the Copa Coliseo to become a standing tradition in the Latin American competitive scene. The season runs for approximately 3 months, starting in October and ending in December. Games are played on Thursdays at 20:00 ART and Sundays at 19:00 ART, and are broadcast via Twitch.

- The Group Stage is a double round-robin format.
- Semifinals are a best-of-three series.
- The third place and final matches are a best-of-five series, with the fifth game being blind pick.
