Viktor "cowTard" Stymne is a retired League of Legends esports player, previously mid laner for Copenhagen Wolves.
Biography[edit]
cowTard is a high elo player who dwelled in a number of small cities in Sweden. At the age of two, he was hooked on Nintendo gaming. Later on, he played WarCraft III, DOTA, and StarCraft II (competitively under the name of cowmarine).
One of cowTard's DOTA friends introduced him to League of Legends during the beta, and he initially was confused by the interface and looks of the game. As soon as the game was released, he returned to the game and was pleased with how it developed. Due to his more support-oriented playstyle in the mid lane, he climbed the ranks slowly but steadily.
In early March 2011, cowTard met his first competitive teammates through Normal games. The team, Rest in Piecez, initially played the game casually, and loads of role swaps occurred. When the time came for tournaments, they organized themselves and made solid appearances. Team MegashocK picked up the roster, but the team left for Team WinFakt four months later. As WinFakt, the roster stood up against the likes of Moscow Five and Fnatic, but loss of motivation from players led to separation.
The Swede player, then a free agent, was contacted by the Copenhagen Wolves circa PanDan (GodBro, Svenskeren, Bjergsen, TheTess, and Deficio). Due to Bjergsen's age situation, the Wolves needed a temporary replacement. cowTard successfully passed the tryouts, and he allowed the team to qualify to the Season 3 LCS Spring Split. With Bjergsen's return (Feb 21, 2013), cowTard returned to substitute duties, until he joined PrideFC, the roster that went on to be the new Copenhagen Wolves and qualify for the 2014 LCS Spring Split.
