LDM Mexico was a Latin American team formed in October 2020. It was the sister team of LDM Esports.
History[]
On May 15, 2020, Liga del Mal, a community founded by Misrain "MisrraVB" Valencia was announced as the last team joining the Liga de Honor Entel.
Since its arrival to the LHE, Liga del Mal managed to bring big numbers and attention towards the competition, thanks to the support of their community, as well as its presence in social media and the creation of Relty, the team logo's mascot Relty.
After their eighth-place finish on the LHE 2020 Closing, Liga del Mal decided to move over other countries and esports, by creating a team for the Mexican División de Honor, managed by José "Ezio" Pérez and Luis "Creador150" Cisneros, as well as entering the recently created VALORANT Champions Tour, and ultimately rebranding to LDM Esports.
LDM Mexico ended up being champions of the DDH 2021 Opening while its VALORANT team won the first-ever VALORANT Masters in the LAN region, thus becoming one of the most successful squads in Latin America in a short period of time.
However, after a big controversy around its co-owners, the team entered a big financial crisis resulting in the disbanding of its DDH and VALORANT teams.
