Byun "Gango" Se-hoon (Hangul: 변세훈) is a League of Legends esports player, previously substitute bot laner for KT Rolster. He was previously known as Skatch.
Biography[edit]
2014 Season[edit]
Byun "Skatch" Se-hoon joined Samsung White as a sub at some point in 2014. The only games he played for them were during SK Telecom LTE-A LoL Masters 2014. He left them in November of 2014 to join Vici Star Gaming.
2015 Season[edit]
In January, Skatch and Heart were moved to Vici Potential Gaming. VPG played in the 2015 Demacia Cup Spring Season but were knocked out after losing 3-0 in the round of 16 to LGD Gaming. They placed second in the 2015 LSPL Spring Playoffs after losing 3-1 to Qiao Gu in the finals but they still managed to automatically qualify for the 2015 LPL Summer Regular Season. A month later, the team rebranded to Unlimited Potential. They played in the 2015 Demacia Cup Summer Season and made it to the quarterfinals but lost 3-1 to Snake eSports. UP ended in tenth in the 2015 LPL Summer Regular Season and were forced to play in the LPL/2016 Season/Spring Promotion. UP made it to the second round but lost 3-0 to Team WE and were relegated.
2018 Season[edit]
After several years of inactivity, Skatch renamed to Gango and joined the Japanese team Unsold Stuff Gaming for the 2018 LJL Summer Season. The team finished second in the regular season which qualified them for the 2018 LJL Summer Playoffs where they finished second once again. Gango left the team in December, moving back to Korea to join KT Rolster. Although he shared the AD carry role with Zenit, Gango started all but one game at the 2018 LoL KESPA Cup and KT Rolster were eliminated from the tournament in the semi-finals by GenG with a 3-1 match score.
2019 Season[edit]
Gango remained with KT Rolster for the 2019 LCK Spring Season, with Zenit initially as the starting AD carry. Gango saw play time come the end of the first week however, but after 3 losses he was benched for Zenit again until March, finally seeing his first match victory in LCK against SK Telecom T1 in week 8 playing Draven although they would lose the set. Gango remained as the starter for almost all of the remaining matches, often picking Draven although rarely seeing success on any other pick. KT Rolster finished ninth in the regular season with a set score of 4-14, placing them in the 2019 LCK Summer Promotion, but Gango played no games in that tournament and KT Rolster re-qualified for LCK. For the 2019 LCK Summer Season, KT Rolster hired a third AD carry with PraY coming out of retirement and Gango saw no further play time for the rest of the LCK season.
