Biography[edit]

2018 Season[edit]

Gumayusi first came to prominence as a member of the Seoul amateur team that won the 2018 KeG Championship. This qualified them for the 2018 KeSPA Cup, where they upset LCK team Hanwha Life Esports in the elimination round, before falling to DAMWON Gaming in the qualification round. After the KeSPA Cup ended, Gumayusi renamed to Catan and joined SK Telecom T1 as a trainee.

2020 Season[edit]

After having been a trainee and substitute on T1 for most of 2019 and 2020, Gumayusi made his unexpected professional debut for T1 in the 2020 Regional Finals. T1 was seeded into the second round due to their regular season performance, where they defeated Afreeca Freecs 3-1 before falling to Gen.G 3-0 in the final round, missing out on Worlds.

Trivia[edit]

  • Is the younger brother of a professional StarCraft II player, INnoVation.
  • His role model in League of Legends is Uzi.
