Biography[edit]

2017 Season[edit]

In May of 2017, iBoy joined EDward Gaming as a young up and coming ADC. Although he wasn't the starter for EDG throughout the first half of the 2017 LPL Summer Split, he played in the latter half. EDG finished 1st in the regular season and eventually won the 2017 LPL Summer Playoffs after taking down RNG in the finals 3-2 in a reverse sweep. EDG's 2017 Season World Championship run was largely unsuccessful. The team finished tied for 3rd in their group along with ahq e-Sports Club and failed to advance to the Quarterfinals. Despite their failure, iBoy was able to showcase his innate talent as an ADC player.
