Tyson "Innox" Kapler is a League of Legends esports player, previously mid laner for CLG Black.
Biography[edit]
Tyson "Innox" Kapler previously played as the top laner Napkins in Disguise, 1 Trick Ponies, Monomaniac Evito, as the AD carry for Dirtnap Gaming.Panda.
2014 Preseason[edit]
When Evil Geniuses.NA moved from Europe to North America with Snoopeh, Yellowpete, and Krepo, Innox was brought in to fill their toplane position, while Pobelter became their midlaner.[1] Inheriting Velocity eSports's spot in the 2014 Spring Promotion Tournament, EG played against Determined Gaming and swept the series 3-0, qualifying for the LCS Spring Split.
2014 Season[edit]
Evil Geniuses placed seventh at the end of the regular season, with an overall 8-20 record, one game ahead of XDG; this record sent them directly to the Summer Promotion Tournament, without participating in the playoffs. In the Promotion Tournament, they were matched against Challenger team Cloud 9 Tempest, whom they defeated 3-1 and so qualified once again for the Summer Split.
In the summer split, Evil Geniuses barely finished the regular season in seventh place, one game against compLexity with an 11-17 record, after finishing the split with a 4-0 final week. Once again relegated, EG played against Team Coast, who were playing with last-minute Korean players Miracle and Ringer in the solo lanes. EG won 3-0.
2015 Preseason[edit]
On November 24, 2014 Innox announced that he was not re-signing with Evil Geniuses[2] but that he wanted to stay in the competitive scene, switching roles from toplane to midlane.[3]
On January 5, 2015, he joined Enemy eSports.[4]
2015 Season[edit]
Enemy played in the North American Challenger Series qualifiers as the #1 seed from the Ranked 5's ladder and qualified for the Challenger Series with 2-0 victories over Arbiters and Darkness. They finished the Challenger season as the top team with a 9-1 record, dropping only one game to Team Fusion. In the playoffs, they defeated Final Five and then Team Dragon Knights and successfully qualified for the Summer LCS split. Enemy's summer split performance was rocky, and they didn't finish higher than seventh place a single week after the second. They ended the split in ninth place, one game above Team Dragon Knights, narrowly avoiding autorelegation. However, in the 2016 Spring Promotion tournament, Enemy lost 3-0 to Team Coast and were sent to the Challenger Series. After their relegation, Innox left the team.
