Keiwan "k1" Itakura was previously the support for Zenith Esports.

Biography

k1 was born and raised in the Bay Area in California. He grew up playing video games from a young age starting with Super Mario World and later moved onto PC games including Starcraft, Ragnarok Online, World of Warcraft, Starcraft II, Heroes of Newerth, Diablo 3 and many more. k1 joined Zenith eSports in September 2014, replacing Hakuho. Zenith qualified for the Spring Expansion Tournament via the ranked 5's ladder but then were eliminated in the first round by Final Five.

In January 2015, k1 announced his retirement from competitive League of Legends. He went on to play Heroes of the Storm.[1]

Trivia

  • First MOBA was Heroes of Newerth, reaching 1900+ PSR and creating the team Finale [xFin] with Zekent after 5 months of casual play.
  • Reached level 30 around the beginning of Season 3.
  • Climbed to Diamond 1 as an AD carry main in 300 games after reaching level 30.
