Biography[]
2014 Season[]
Kim "Hanlabong" Dong-ha joined Prime Optimus as a top laner in October of 2013. Prime Optimus competed in HOT6iX Champions Spring 2014 where they upset SK Telecom T1 S in the group stage but they still missed the playoffs. Hanlabong left Prime in July to join Team WE Academy under the name Khan. Team WE Academy competed in 2014 LPL Summer but they placed last in the regular season with a 2-5-7 record. Soon after they played in the Season 1 X Championship where they made it to the quarterfinals but lost 2-0 to Star Horn Royal Club.
2015 Season[]
Team WEA competed in the 2015 LPL Spring Promotion Tournament and they requalified for 2015 LPL Spring with a 2-0 victory over Team DK and a 2-1 victory over Gamtee Fenghui. Khan was moved from from Team WEA to Team WE Future in December. Team WE F played in the 2015 Demacia Cup Spring Season where they immediately lost 3-0 in the first round to Qiao Gu. WEF placed second in their group in the 2015 LSPL Spring Season and they qualified for the 2015 LSPL Spring Playoffs. They lost 2-1 in the winners bracket to Qiao Gu and then 2-0 Vici Potential Gaming. Khan left WE F to join Positive Energy in May. The team was then immediately picked up by Newbee. Newbee played in the 2015 Demacia Cup Summer Season where they lost 3-0 in the first round to WEF. Newbee placed second in their group during the 2015 LSPL Summer Season and they qualified for the 2015 LPSL Summer Playoffs. They placed fourth after losing 2-0 to Energy Pacemaker. All and 2144 Danmu Gaming. In the 2016 LPL Spring Promotion Tournament, Newbee lost 3-0 in the first round to Team WE.
2016 Season[]
Newbee rebranded to Newbee Young in January of 2016.
2017 Season[]
Following a relatively uneventful run with QG Reapers, Khan joined the newly modified Longzhu Gaming consisting of the famous bot-lane duo of PraY and GorillA, alongside former CJ Entus mid-laner Bdd and newly promoted jungler Cuzz before the start of LCK/2017 Season/Summer Season. Although initial expectations for the team were low, these expectations were smashed when Longzhu ended the summer split at the top with a record of 14-4, placing them in 1st seed for the LCK/2017 Season/Summer Playoffs. There they once again amazed everyone when they went up against SK Telecom T1 in the finals who were at the time the reigning world champion, defeating them in a spectacular 3-1 fashion, much in thanks to Khan's amazing performance as a carry throughout the series. This guaranteed their spot in the 2017 Season World Championship where they represented Korea as the 1st seed. After a successful 6-0 in the groups stage, Longzhu qualified for the knockout stage where they went up against LCKs 3rd seed Samsung Galaxy in the quarterfinals. However, despite their best efforts, Longzhu was defeated 3-0 by Samsung Galaxy ending their run, with Samsung going on to become the eventual winners of the entire tournament. After worlds, Longzhu made a small roster change replacing their current jungler for former SKT T1 jungler Peanut. They competed in the 2017 LoL KeSPA Cup where they defeated Jin Air Green Wings in the quarterfinals and swept SK Telecom T1 2-0 in the semi-finals. They then advanced to the finals where they met KT Rolster. In an exciting five-game series, it seemed that Longzhu was going to win but KT turned the tables in their favor and defeated them 3-2, and Longzhu ended second place tournament. Nevertheless, Longzhu was hailed as a powerful team in Korea and Khan had established himself as an incredibly talented top-laner in the pro scene.
2018 Season[]
2019 Season[]
Khan joined SK Telecom T1 as a top in November of 2018.
2020 Season[]
Khan joined FunPlus Phoenix as top laner in December of 2019.
2021 Season[]
Khan joined DWG KIA as top laner in November of 2020. It is to be his last competitive season due to the Korean national service requirement. Damwon continued their streak domestically winning both splits of the LCK/2021 Season, but narrowly failed to win internationally, losing finals and getting second place with 3-2 scores in both MSI 2021 and Worlds 2021.
