The 2021 League of Legends Pro League (LPL) is the eighth year of China's professional League of Legends league. The Spring Playoffs takes the top 10 teams from the regular season and seeds them into two phases of different brackets based on their season standings. The winner qualifies for 2021 Mid-Season Invitational.

- Top 10 teams from the Spring Season participate
- Two Phases
- Phase 1
- Two King-of-the-Hill Brackets
- 4th, 5th, 8th and 9th seed are in one bracket. 3rd, 6th, 7th and 10th are in the other
- Both bracket winners move on to Phase 2
- Phase 2
- Double Elimination Bracket
- 1st and 2nd seed as well as the two winners from Phase 1 participate
- Phase 1
- Matches are best of five
- Winner qualifies for the 2021 Mid-Season Invitational
