Open Tour France 2018 is part of the European Challenger Circuit run by Riot Games. It is a year-long competition consisting of seven tournaments throughout France.
Overview[edit]
Format[edit]
- 7 offline tournaments with online qualifiers
- Each tournament and qualifier gives Circuit Points
- Top 2 in points after Gamers Assembly 2018 qualify for European Masters 2018 Spring
- 1st place qualifies for the Main Event
- 2nd place qualifies for the Play-In
- Top 2 in points after ESWC Metz 2018 qualify for European Masters 2018 Summer
- 1st place qualifies for the Main Event
- 2nd place qualifies for the Play-In
- Top 8 qualify for Playoffs.
Rules[edit]
- Each Team must have at least 3 player who live in France on the ongoing tournament.
- Each team must have a minimum of 3 players who can prove their residence in a country of the European Union (EU) for at least 48 months out of the last 72 months.
- Roster will be lock 2 days before a tournament.
- LCS players can't participate.
- A player can't play in another European league.
