Optimization Gaming is a Greek team.

Optimization Gaming is a new Greek esports team established in 2016 by Kleanthis Psallis and Dimitris Fragkiadakis. Team goals were Sunday weekly ESL, old Greek e-food tournaments, and any 5v5 upcoming tournaments.

- February 22, Kocourek and TheStryg join.
- February 28, Optimization Gaming acquire the LGL spot of Panathinaikos AC eSports after failing to qualify via open qualifiers.
- March 18, Jimsnop and Sanity join as subs. Iluvatar leaves coaching role.
- March 26, Jimsnop moves to starting mid laner. Kocourek, TheStryg, Laundry, Tortuga, Lotus, and Sanity leave.
- April 3, Iluvatar rejoins as head coach.
- April 13, Gjergsen, Rulet, and Špalda join.
- Aprl 15, Gjergsen and Rulet leave.
- April 22, Nikolex and Schow join.
- April 24, Nikolex, Schow, and Špalda join. Iluvatar leaves coaching role.
- May 5, organization merges with Reformed Gaming. NorthenLights and Jimsnop leave. iConquer leaves managerial role.[1]
