The PG Nationals 2020 is the third season of Italy's national league.

- Matches are best of three
Winners from Open Qualifier face QLASH Forge and MOBA ROG- Due to QLASH Forge and MOBA ROG's withdrawal, the number of teams from the Open Qualifier is increased from 2 to 4
- Winners from winners' bracket and losers' bracket qualify for PG Nationals 2020 Summer

- At first, Manguste eSports beat CHINA NO.1 in the winners' bracket final, but were later disqualified for fielding a player that was suspended from competitive play. Due to this, they lost their PG Nationals qualification, with CHINA NO.1 and DayDreamers White qualifying instead. The losers' bracket final, set to be played between these two teams, was instead played on May 15 as a showmatch. The bracket on this page displays both finals as if Manguste eSports had been disqualified prior to the winners' bracket final.[1]
