Biography

Season 3

Lee "Piccaboo" Jong-beom originally played for Chunnam Techno University. The team qualified for HOT6iX Champions Summer 2013 but Piccaboo didn't play any games.

2014 Season

Piccaboo joined the new Xenics Storm roster as the starting support on October 14, 2013. They played in PANDORA.TV Champions Winter 2013-2014 where they successfully made it out of groups but lost in the quarterfinals 3-1 to NaJin White Shield. They disbaned shortly after on February 3, 2014. Piccaboo then joined Samsung Blue as a sub but didn't play any games for them. On November 17, 2014, it was officially announced, that all remaining members of Samsung White and Samsung Blue left their teams, leaving Piccaboo team-less, but only briefly.[1]

2015 Season

On December 2, 2014, Piccaboo joined SK Telecom T1 as a sub. He participated in SBENU Champions Spring 2015, with the team switching between him and Wolf throughout the season until he suffered from a wrist injury and could not play for several weeks. He didn't play in the playoffs but the team won the championship after beating the GE Tigers 3-0 in the finals. After the end of the season, Piccaboo's contract lapsed.[2] He joined KT Rolster to share the starting support position with Fixer on June 16. KT placed second overall during the regular season of SBENU Champions Summer 2015. They made it to the finals of the playoffs but lost 3-0 to SK Telecom T1. KT earned enough circuit points to qualify for the 2015 Season Korea Regional Finals where they beat the Jin Air Green Wings 3-1 in the finals to qualify for the 2015 Season World Championship. KT was drawn into a group with LGD Gaming, Team SoloMid, and Origen. They ended with a 5-1 record and went on to play the KOO Tigers in the quarterfinals. Unfortunately, they lost 3-1 and were knocked out of the tournament.

2016 Preseason

KT played in the 2015 LoL KeSPA Cup where they lost 2-1 in the semifinals to CJ Entus. Piccaboo left KT on December 1.

Trivia

  • Piccaboo was known during the OGN Winter 2013-2014 split for his unique and aggressive style of roaming as a support and making plays in other lanes on the map, while leaving his AD Carry Arrow on his own to farm as a solo lane.
