The Regional Sur is the biggest League of Legends qualifier and one of the most important esports events in Latin America. The teams compete for the chance to fight for a spot in the LLA. It's organized by the Spanish Liga de Videojuegos Profesional.

- The team with the most accumulated points of the Liga Master Flow 2020
- The team with the most accumulated points of the Liga de Honor Entel 2020
- The team with the most accumulated points of the Guardians League 2020
- Double Round Robin
- All matches are best of one
- Top 2 teams qualify for Finals
- Three teams participate
- Finals
- Best of five
- Winner qualifies for LLA 2022 Opening Promotion
Prize Pool[edit]
- The winner would originally compete in the LLA 2021 Opening Promotion, however it was canceled due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. Their spots were reseeded for the LLA 2022 Opening Promotion.[1]
