Barış Mete "Robogod" Sevinç is a League of Legends esports player, currently coach for İstanbul Wildcats.
Robogod, was born in Germany, in 1988. He finished his primary education in Cappadocia, Nevşehir, and graduated from Istanbul University. In addition to his undergraduate program, he also has experiences as coordinator and organizer in various programs.
Interested in many different types of games, Sevinç started his professional esports career by founding Team Cappadocia. He got an offer from Çilekler and became coach of the club. After that, he came to terms with HWA in 2018 as coach, and consequently, his Istanbul Wildcats career started. Giving opportunities to young players throughout his career, Robogod brought new coaches, managers, and players in esports. And apart from other coaches, he gives weight to psychology and thinks it has a huge impact on esports players’ daily performances and their careers.
His hobbies are psychology, video games, football, basketball, chess, table tennis, volleyball, aquarium, reading books, series & films, and history. He gained success in some of those hobbies, like being four times chess champion between 1999 – 2003, in a local basketball team as team captain, four times championship in Travian. He is sure that esports in Turkey going to be more successful than those sports because of our young population and great interest in esports.
