Samsung Galaxy White is a Korean League of Legends team sponsored by Samsung Electronics. It was formerly known as MVP Ozone. Samsung Galaxy White's highest achievement was winning the Season 4 World Championship by beating Star Horn Royal Club 3-1.

Acquisition of MVP Ozone In September 2013, the major electronics corporation Samsung announced they would acquire the OLYMPUS Champions Spring 2013 champion team of MVP Ozone to sponsor in League of Legends. The team, which had already qualified for the Season 3 World Championship, rebranded to Samsung Galaxy Ozone.

Season 3 World Championship Samsung Galaxy Ozone entered the Season 3 World Champions as one of the heavy favourites. They had a strong showing in the groupstage, going 5-3. However, in a stunnning upset, they lost their tiebreaker against European juggernaut Gambit, sending them out of the tournament.

Champions Winter 2013-2014

After the dissapointing run at Worlds, Ozone entered Champions Winter strong, going 5-1 in the groupstage, only losing one game to Najin White Shield. In the quaterfinals, they swept CJ Entus Frost in a clean 3-0 series, sending Ozone to face Najin White Shield again in the semifinals. Ozone took the match 3-1, making them face the uptil-then undefeated SK Telecom T1 K in the finals. SKT T1 K continued their undefeated run in the finals, sweeping Ozone 0-3.

Worlds 2014 Just as in 2013, White entered the World Championship again as one the heavy favourites. They dominated the groupstage, sweeping it 6-0 and would after that continue on argueable the hardest route to the finals. In the quaterfinals, the faced american 1st seed TSM, where, to manys surprise, TSM managed to take game 3 off of White. White fought back in game 4 and cleared the series 3-1. White went on to face their sister team, korean 1st seed Samsung Galaxy Blue, in the semifinals. White had not been able to win a series against their sister team up until this point, making many think it would a hard-fought match, although White were still favourites. White went on to take everybody by surprise and do what they had not been able to before, and swept Blue in a convincingly clean 3-0.

Having only lost one game thus far, White entered the finals as the obvious champions. They would face of against chinese Star Horn Royal Club, who, after losing to SKT T1 K in 2013, was making their second consecutive finals run. White would continue on with their complete dominance through game 1 and 2, with White not losing a single tower in game 2. SHRC would make a comeback though, winning game 3, the longest game of the series at 38:30 minutes. White went on to flip the switch in game 4, winning the World Championship in a commanding fashion after only 23 minutes. White would go on to be known as one of the best teams ever, losing only 2 games in the entire World Championship.
