Philippe "Vulcan" Laflamme is the support for Clutch Gaming Academy.

Vulcan first played professionally in the HTC Ascension tournament, playing for DatZit Gaming Fire. He stuck with the team for much of the next year, competing in qualifier tournaments for the North American Challenger Series. After failing to reach the challenger scene, Vulcan joined CLG Black as a substitute and remained with the team after they renamed to CLG Academy. Eventually, without having played a professional game with them, he left the team. In the 2017 NA Scouting Grounds, he competed on Team Ocean Drake and was later drafted by Clutch Gaming to play on Clutch Gaming Academy.

  • His ID Vulcan is named after the Roman god of fire. He chose this name because his surname, Laflamme, means "The Fire" in French.
