After 4 Seasons of TLC, based on the changing of 2015 GPL, TLC is also has a new format of the tournament.

Format[]
Round Robin[]
- 4 teams from 2014 TLC Summer and 1 team from Rookie League Summer 2014 - Grand Final
- 11 teams from the qualifiers.
- All 16 teams divided into two regions of eight teams each
- League play
- Each match is best of two
- Each team plays all of the other teams once.
- Top 4 teams from each regions receive a spot for the playoffs.
- Bottom 4 teams receive a spot for Garena Semi-Pro League Season 1.
Playoffs[]
- Double elimination bracket.
- All matches are Best of 5.
- The top 2 teams from each region will qualify for the Grand Finals and the next season of TLC and also the spot for Legends Cyber Arena
- Bottom 2 teams receive a spot for Garena Semi-Pro League Season 1.
Grand Finals[]
- Single elimination bracket.
- Grand Final is Best of Five, all other matches are Best of Three.
