The 2018 LoL KeSPA Cup is the fourth time LoL will feature at the annual tournament, organized by the Korea e-Sports Association.

- All participating LCK 2018 Summer teams
- All participating CK 2018 Summer teams
- Winner from 2018 KeG Championship
- Top 4 in 2018 Championship Points (KT Rolster, Afreeca Freecs, Kingzone DragonX, and Griffin) are granted a bye to the Playoffs
- Elimination and Qualifying Rounds
- Four single elimination brackets
- Matches are best of three
- Winner of each bracket advances to Playoffs
