- June (approx.), team renames from CLG Black. fallenbandit, OmarGod, Tuesday, Zag, and Fill join. Linsanity and Vulcan join as subs. Rico joins as head coach.

- July 12, Im Jonny joins. OmarGod leaves.
- July 31, The Madison Square Garden Company acquires controlling stake in Counter Logic Gaming.[5][6]
- September 20, Nick Allen will join as Chief Operating Officer of CLG and Vice President of MSG Esports on October 2.[7]
- October 20, Im Jonny is removed from the roster.
- November 19, Linsanity's contract expires.
- November 26, OmarGod rejoins.[8]
- November (approx.), Vulcan leaves.
