Overview[]
The CBLOL 2015 Season is the second year of Brazil's fully professional League of Legends league. Eight teams will compete in a round robin group stage, with the top 6 teams continuing to offline playoffs. At end of Season, the best team receives the most important reward of the whole Season: a chance to compete on Wildcard tournament for a World Championship spot.
Format[]
- 7 weeks, League play
- Single Round Robin
- Each match is Best of Two
- 2:0 Winning team receive 3 points
- 1:1 Both teams receive 1 point
- Advancement:
- The top six teams advance to the Winter Playoffs, with 1st and 2nd receiving byes.
- 8th and 7th place play in the Summer Promotion, against the 1st and 2nd place of Challenger Circuit, respectively.
- Rankings are determined by the following methods:
- Total Points
- Total Wins (Or fewest losses when teams have no wins)
- Alphabetical order
- At end of the season, if two teams have the same record, ties will be broken by a Bo1 game between the tied teams
