Kha'Zix is a champion in League of Legends.

Lore[]

  • Biography
  • Story
A vicious Void predator, Kha'Zix infiltrated Valoran to devour the land's most promising creatures. With each kill he absorbs his prey's strength, evolving to grow more powerful. Kha'Zix hungers most to conquer and consume RengarSquareRengar, the one beast he considers his equal.

When Kha'Zix crossed over into this world, he was fragile and ravenous. The animals he first encountered were too small to fuel the rapid evolution he craved. Kha'Zix focused his hunger on the most dangerous creatures he could find, risking his life to satisfy his need. With each kill he feasted and changed, becoming a stronger, faster predator. Kha'Zix soon chased his prey with unrestrained aggression, believing he was unstoppable. One day, while savoring a fresh kill, the predator became the prey. From cover a creature pounced in a blur of fangs and steel, tackling him to the ground. It roared in his face slashing and clawing, and Kha'Zix felt his blood spill for the first time. Screeching in fury, he sliced at the brute's eye driving it back. They fought from sunset to sunrise. Finally, near death, they reluctantly separated. As his wounds closed, Kha'Zix burned with anticipation at the idea of devouring one who could match the Void's strength. He resumed his search for powerful prey with renewed vigor. Someday, Kha'Zix will feast on Rengar.

Kill. Consume. Adapt.

ADAPTATION
ADAPTATION 1

To be exiled is to be erased.

You are not forgotten. You never existed at all. Each beat of your heart is judged unworthy of counting. Even a slave wears chains, proving their value. Even the dead are mourned.

I am nothing to the Kiilash who birthed me. The name RengarSquareRengar no longer recalls the face of their kin, son of Chieftain Ponjaf. I am outcast from their hearts as much as their hearths.

There is no return from such a fate.

Or so I was told. Years and blood can change such things.

My heart still beats, and so I went to them with trophies gathered on the hunter’s path. Wordlessly I was brought before my father’s gaze. He offered me a return to the tribe, where my name would be spoken and face remembered, where my heart’s beating would be counted again.

And he named the cost for such a thing.

I must track a shadow. Bladed shard of moonless night. Abomination.

Return from the jungle with its
head
, and I shall be exiled no more.

I melt between the trees. I hear, smell, feel. I parse the spoor of a thousand creatures, big and small. This comes from instinct, sharpened by the cold teachings of the human who found an outcast, and set him down the path of the hunt. I still bear the knife Markon gave me.

I search for the Kha'ZixSquarewrong-thing that dwells here, unable to belong.

The
trophies
that hang and rattle from my coat are gone, left behind at my camp. There is only the blade, a layer of grease to slicken my fur, and the slow, measured beat of a hunter’s heart in my chest.

There is nothing, amid the teeming life of the rainforest… until there is something. It is faint, but stark, slithering over my senses. The sickly sweet unfamiliarity of it halts me for a moment as I take it in. It is wrong in every way. Repulsive. An enemy to life in ways I cannot describe. It defies everything around it.

The true hunt begins. I follow the trail.

I snake around it, never touching. I endure the wrong-thing’s scent, until the sounds of bloodletting reward me.

Something is dying. Through the trees ahead. It is not dying well.

A pack of jungle raptors. Far from the apex, raptors are still capable predators, and rarely ever prey. Their attacker is either desperate with hunger, or unconcerned by their lethality.

I bare my teeth in a grin. It may be a challenge after all.

The reek of the wrong-thing is overpowering. It clings to the clumps of bright, bloody plumage strewn about the forest floor. I surge up a thick, rugged tree trunk, my claws carrying me silently into the canopy. I crouch there in the leafy shadows, tasting the humidity of the air, narrowing my eyes, seeking my quarry.

It has speed. That is a weapon it has honed to a fine edge. I catch only glimpses as it darts back and forth, finishing its kills and preparing to feast.

The promise of trophies does not spur it to hunt. I sense a greater hunger in its movements, something beyond the primal urge to survive.

When the last raptor dies, the wrong-thing slows. Even so, it is never still. It leaps and slides across the ground like smoke. I can see it more clearly now. It makes my brain itch.

It is like an insect, but not completely. Its parts do not make sense. Limbs and flesh and shell and Taste Their Fear Taste Their Fear that cannot belong to the same single creature—all inside a glistening outer skeleton, blackish-purple like rotten fruit. The air and light writhe around it. They do not want to touch it either.

That gives me the understanding I seek. The wrong-thing bears the mark of an exile, too. I am ready to send it back to whatever foulness spawned it.

With Markon’s knife light in my grip, I drop from the branches.

There is no sound when I land behind the creature. It pays my approach no heed. I know how to move unseen, unheard, until those sweet, adrenaline-filled moments after a killing blow is struck. I have risen to become an apex predator by adaptation, by instinct… and in this moment my instinct screams that something is not right.

Hesitation saves my lifeblood from joining that of the raptors. I barely see the claw as it slices the air I would have occupied. It knew I was coming. Had I not stopped short, it would have ended me then.

Everything has been too clean. Too easy. I should have recognized this sooner. Ponjaf’s promise has blinded me, confidence soured to hubris, leaving me exposed.

A slick chittering comes from the monster’s throat. Ichor flecks its jaws. There is movement on its back, straining against the carapace. It hisses, a noise I cannot tell is of pain or pleasure, as a pair of new limbs erupt and unfurl into hideous, dripping wings. It has seen the threat I pose, and so it changes. It is unwilling to submit as prey.

I lunge.

Too slow. The creature’s riposte sends Markon’s knife spinning from my grip. Foolishly, sentimentally, my eyes follow it for an instant. The error opens the way for the wrong-thing to strike.

Another bladed claw flicks out. Hot, stinging pain. A roaring between my ears.

I fall back. Blood slicks my face.

I scramble to gain distance, trying to blink the red from my vision. The right eye is a blur. The left remains dark. The roaring will not fade.

I reach for my cheek. I realize what the beast has taken.

Beating the last of the vile slime from its wings, the wrong-thing rises to hover over me. It bares its fangs, either in further challenge or a cruel grin, and holds my left eye up for me to see. Slowly it lowers the blood-slick orb over its fangs, and drops it down its gullet.

My gorge rises. I clench my fists, rubbing at my remaining eye.

The defilement of it. The symbolic shift as this foul creature snatches the role of hunter away from me. I no longer feel any pain. Only rage.

I hurl myself at it. I need no knife. I have the claws I was born with, and the triumphal roar I learned for myself. I will not be defeated.

We collide.

The red dance of violence seems unending. We each give chase in turn. The abomination is cold darkness. I am the core of a vengeful sun. We cut away at each other, over and over, and the rest of the world no longer matters.

Finally, as night falls, my enemy flees.

Or… is that just as I wish to see it? Maybe it learned all it can from me, and instinct guides it on to greater things. Exhaustion takes hold. I collapse, left with bloody wounds and a new, terrible sense of connection to this monster. It is a bond forged in the moment it ate of my flesh.

The Kiilash know the wrong-thing as Kha’Zix.

In the old mortal tongue, it means, “You Face Yourself”.

True enough, it changed as we fought, growing and twisting. It went forward, always forward to find its edge, where I looked back into myself, back into the past and the tribe of my birth, to summon my exile’s fury.

This was not enough. As it has adapted, now so must I.

For I will have my kill.

Patch History[]

Patch 10.16

Q isolated target bonus damage decreased.

The bug consumed, and the bug adapted. Over the course of the past few patches and our last buff, Kha’Zix has crept above the pack for our skilled players, so we're pulling slightly back on the same lever in 10.14 to find a happy middle ground.

Taste Their Fear Q - Taste Their Fear

ISOLATED TARGET BONUS DAMAGE : [120%] 110%

Patch 10.14
Isolated target bonus damage increased.

We’re sharpening the claws on this bug. He's on the low end of power for Average and Skilled players, and we think a small buff can push him into a balanced spot for elite players as well. Change is good, after all.

Taste Their Fear Q - Taste Their Fear

ISOLATED TARGET BONUS DAMAGE : [100%] 120%

Patch 9.15
Q base damage increased.

You don't crush bug. Bug crushes you.

Taste Their Fear Q - Taste Their Fear

BASE DAMAGE : [50/75/100/125/150]
60/85/110/135/160

v8.19
Passive damage buffed. W slow increased.

Kha’Zix has been struggling since our changes to his evolved R in patch 8.11. We’d like to give it a bit more oomph in a way that relies on the clever use of ultimate casts to eke out the full value. We’re also amping up the utility of Void Spikes to help Kha’Zix set up plays in ways that aren’t just… murdering you faster.

Unseen Threat Passive - Unseen Threat

BONUS ATTACK DAMAGE RATIO : [0.2] 0.4

Void Spike W - Void Spike

EVOLVED NON-ISOLATED SLOW : [40%] 60%
EVOLVED ISOLATED SLOW : [80%] 90%

v8.11
R cooldown decreased at later ranks, but stealth duration decreased. Evolved R grants additional casts and stealth duration; no longer grants stealth or movement speed in brush.

One thing every assassin needs is a way to dance in and out of a fight and safely put down damage. For Kha'Zix, that's the stealth from Void Assault . The brush stealth on his evolved R is currently giving far too much of a different strength, though: the ability to sneak around the map relatively undetected. We're removing that evolution bonus in favor of giving Kha'Zix more R casts—and longer stealth—when he's upgraded his ultimate.

Void Assault R - Void Assault

EVOLVED CASTS : [2] 3 within 10 seconds
BRUSH CHECK No longer passively grants stealth or movement speed when entering brush

v8.6
Q base damage down; ratio increased; bonus vs isolated targets increased. W bonus damage to monsters removed.

Taste Their Fear Q - Taste Their Fear

BASE DAMAGE : [65/90/115/140/165]
50/75/100/125/150

100/150/200/250/300 (+2.6 bonus AD)

Void Spike W - Void Spike
At the moment, the monster damage in W ties Kha'Zix to the jungle. We'd like to give him a chance to spread his wings elsewhere, so we're swapping that power for a bigger Q buff than the Duskblade changes warrant alone.

VOID MONSTER No longer deals bonus damage to monsters

v8.2
Passive scaling decreased. Q scaling increased.

Kha'Zix is supposed to shine when he can isolate a target and chain his abilities on them. At the moment, the damage on his passive is a bit too high, allowing him to win nonisolated fights he probably shouldn't. As a result, we're shifting some power out of his passive and into his Q.

v7.13
Q damage decreased but Isolation bonus increased. R stealth duration increased.

While getting each of Kha’Zix’s ability evolutions to at least niche appeal has been a juggling act as long as he’s existed in the game, Evolved Active Cloaking is currently in a pretty unpickable state. To remedy this, we’re making it easier for KZ to chain-stealth through multiple brush patches with R’s evolution, closing greater distances unseen. To make space for the buff, we’re reducing Q’s damage outside of Isolated situations (where it’s actually stronger! Something something strategic identity.)

Taste Their Fear Q - Taste Their Fear

v7.3
Q ratio down. Evolved Q cooldown refund on Isolated targets down.

While the Assassin update delivered on giving Kha’Zix more flexibility in his evolutions, it’s clear we may have gone too far. Kha’Zix is a champion about burst damage, but Evolved Claws introduces enough sustained damage into his fights that he’s tasting the best of both worlds. Kha’Zix should still be favored in Isolated situations overall, but cutting down Taste Their Fear’s aggressive scaling should give classic duelists (like Elise or Lee Sin) the upper hand when striking first.

Taste Their Fear Q - Taste Their Fear

RATIO : [1.4] 1.2 bonus attack damage
EVOLVED CLAWS COOLDOWN REFUND : [60%] 45% on isolated targets

v6.22
Evolved Q refunds Q’s cooldown when cast on Isolated targets, Evolved W heavily slows Isolated targets, and Evolved R stealths Kha’Zix when entering brush.

While Kha’Zix’s evolution mechanic promises the ability to tailor your decisions to the game at hand, the balance of power between options has made that promise a difficult one to keep. For pre-season, we’ve retooled KZ’s evolutions by playing up his other unique mechanic: Isolation. While you’re welcome to still just evolve wings first (because it’s sweet), we’re pushing more of Kha’Zix’s power into stalking Isolated targets rather than overwhelming them. This focuses his decisions less on which give Kha’Zix the most damage potential and instead on which will help him hunt his prey game to game.

Unseen Threat Passive - Unseen Threat

DAMAGE : [15 - 190 (+0.5 ability power)] 10 - 146 (+0.4 bonus attack damage)

Taste Their Fear Q - Taste Their Fear

EVOLVED SLOW : [50%] 40%
ISOLATED SLOW 80% on Isolated targets

Void Assault R - Void Assault

INVISIBILITY DURATION : [1 second] 1.25 seconds
EVOLUTION NAME : [Evolved Active Camouflage] Evolved Adaptive Cloaking (it’s not a Camouflage effect!)
ACTIVE CAMOUFLAGE Evolving Void Assault no longer increases Kha’Zix’s invisibility duration or number of charges
AGGRESSIVE CLOAKING While evolved, Kha’Zix gains Void Assault’s invisibility and movement speed for 2.5 seconds upon entering any brush while out of combat (with a maximum of 1.25 seconds after exiting the brush). This effect has a 10 second cooldown per brush.

v6.6
Q and W cooldowns reduced.

Kha’Zix takes more risk than reward these days, despite appearing on the Patch Notes a few times recently. Kay-Z’s a bit of a balancing tightrope - Isolation makes him feast or famine by nature (either dominating a game or sputtering out), but he’s far enough below the line that we’re okay giving him some love. We’re being careful not to flatly increase his burst, but giving him better dueling in extended fights as well as a booster shot to his jungle clear.

Taste Their Fear Q - Taste Their Fear

COOLDOWN : [3.5 seconds] 3 seconds

Void Spike W - Void Spike

COOLDOWN : [10 seconds] 9 seconds

v6.2
The patch note is pretty much a summary, so go read that.

We're finding a happy medium here for Kha'Zix (and Rengar) in their ability to frontload damage as they come hurtling through the air to cuddle with the backline. This probably won't be the end of our Kha'Zix conversation, but we're currently being very, very careful with assassin tuning.

Void Spike W - Void Spike

BUFFERING BUGS Can now be 'buffered' mid-jump so that Kha'Zix can cast it slightly before landing
DATA QUEUE : If Kha'Zix attempts to cast both Void Spikes and Void Assault while mid-air, he'll buffer only the last one he attempted to cast (not both, that would be too much)

Void Assault R - Void Assault

BUFFERING BUGS Can now be 'buffered' mid-jump so that Kha'Zix can cast it slightly before landing
DATA QUEUE : If Kha'Zix attempts to cast both Void Spikes and Void Assault while mid-air, he'll buffer only the last one he attempted to cast (not both, that would be too much)

v6.1
Passive attack comes out faster. W's explosive radius is up. E range up.

With the removal of Ranger's Trailblazer, Brutalizer, and the old Last Whisper, Kha'Zix lost a lot in the transition to 2016. Our previous attempts to restore some of his former glory were well intentioned, but weren't enough to bring the bug back. 6.1's all about helping Kha'Zix achieve successful isolation without needing to increase the isolation range itself. Highlighting and enabling Kha'Zix's ability to capitalize on the missteps of his prey fits perfectly with KZ's own motto: evolve, and overcome.

Unseen Threat Passive - Unseen Threat

now with more threat : Speed increased to match Kha'Zix's basic attack animation

Void Spike W - Void Spike

EXPLOSION RADIUS : [225] 275

Leap E - Leap

LEAP RANGE : [600] 700
EVOLVED RANGE : Unchanged (thought you should know)

v5.23
Armor up. Q cost down.

One of the lessons the new season's taught us: attack-damage assassin's ain't so hot right now. This is mostly due to much of their itemization being skewed to synergize with the crit-based damage output of marksmen, meaning that old standbys (like Last Whisper) are less effective as a core-item for murderbugs and ninjas alike. That's a long-term problem that will require a long-term solution. While we noodle on that, we're shipping Kay-Z a much-needed care package targeted at pushing his jungle-sustain up to 'passable' from 'constantly in fear of death'. Ironic.

Taste Their Fear Q - Taste Their Fear

TARGET ACQUIRED : Base and Guardian of the Sands Kha'Zix visual indicators for isolated enemies now include a marker around the enemy target, similar to Mecha Kha'Zix

v5.11
HE'S OUT TO GET YOU

"Just tossin' a little love over to Kha'Zix's isolation radius. Kay-Z doesn't have ways of naturally isolating his opponents, so we're looking for a middle-ground between 'killing you right next to your support' and 'opportunistically catching people out of position'."
  • Taste Their Fear Q - Taste Their Fear
    • ISOLATION RADIUS : 500 425

v5.8
W heals for more at early ranks.

"With potent ganks and snowball potential, Kha'Zix's risks might outweigh some of his reward when it comes to taking him into the jungle. Bumping up the early heal to impact his early clears should see this bug working as intended."
  • Void Spike W - Void Spike
    • HEAL AMOUNT : 40/70/100/130/160 60/85/110/135/160

v5.2

"Not much to see here - discovered a bug with the bug (heh) where the cooldown for Kha'Zix's leap was 2 seconds shorter than intended. That said, this thing's been live for over a year and Kha'Zix is in a decent place, so we're erring on his side. Actual value unaffected."
  • Leap E - Leap/Evolved Wings
    • KHA'ZIX FIX : Fixed a tooltip bug to accurately reflect Leap/Evolved Wings' cooldown of 22/20/18/16/14 20/18/16/14/12 (actual value unchanged)

v4.20
Void Spike's cooldown is higher. By 2 seconds. Excellent summary.

"Though Kha'Zix has been at the forefront of bottle-necking competitive diversity for a while now, we're content with giving him a slap on the wrist due to the massive shifts the upcoming season will bring. The increased cooldown to Void Spikes should see this jumping and slashing jungle-bug rely a little less on poking from afar and more on what he's really about: jumping and slashing (and jungle-bugging). "
  • Void Spike W - Void Spike / Evolved Spike Racks
    • COOLDOWN  : 8 seconds 10 seconds

v4.18
W's damage has gone down, particularly at higher ranks. Also, sometimes we just want to talk about Kha'Zix.

"While it's true that Kha'Zix has been a tough bug to balance, we wanted to talk about our approach with him. If you're not interested in a long Kha'Zix context for a single change, feel free to move on. WARNING: this discussion's going to get a little complicated!
So. Kha'Zix has once again found a way to prosper as a high-priority assassin, but the popularity of a champion doesn't automatically translate to them needing a nerf. To us, when someone becomes popular in high level / competitive play, we see them as exhibiting symptoms of certain attributes that competitive players value: strength, overall effectiveness, and reliability. As such, we do keep an eye out for popular competitive champions, but our first goal is to understand if they're just powerful strategic picks in the current meta or if they're actually objectively better (or more reliable) than their peers.
In the case of Kha'Zix, Q was designed to be his main tool when assassinating targets, and it's important to maintain that relationship for game health / champion identity reasons. Right now, however, Kha's actually prioritizing W as a first evolution (and max rank), but he's still expecting to do all of his assassin-y things (note: without evolving or focusing on what should be his primary killing tool). We're fine with players opting for a W-first Kha'Zix, but this means he's gotta make some meaningful tradeoffs, like losing some offensive threat while gaining utility / poke. Unfortunately, this hasn't really been the case as we're still seeing Kha'Zix being very effective as an assassin while also getting all of the extra utility of evolved W.
What all of this tells us is one of two things: a.) The utility and strength of evolved W is too reliable in combination with Kha'Zix's base kit, so he can get the best of all worlds by maximizing his utility while also being a high-threat assassin. Or b.) Kha'Zix's evolved Q is too weak to properly use as a primary play pattern, so he's forced to max / evolve W to stay relevant in the game but doesn't really want to. We strongly suspect the first case is more true (and this is reflected in our change).
It's tough to justify a champion being 'too weak' if they continue to be a high-priority pick in games where strength and reliability are the most important traits. Final reassurance though: we do think Kha'Zix's play patterns are fairly healthy overall, so we're not planning to make any major changes in either direction, we just wanted to explain some of our thought processes as we work."
  • Void Spike W - Void Spike
    • DAMAGE 75/115/155/195/235 ⇒ 80/110/140/170/200

v4.12
"We're doing a little follow-up for Kha'Zix, especially with our previous tanky jungler and marksman buffs."

  • TasteTheirFear Q - Taste Their Fear
    • PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 55/80/105/130/155 ⇒ 70/95/120/145/170

v4.8
Evolved Wings' cooldown is now the same as Leap.

"Kha'Zix is currently strong at all levels of play, but when we discovered this bug (heh), we felt the right thing would be to fix it to work as intended, even if it meant giving him a slight buff. Long term, we're still considering changes to Kha'Zix that allow him to retain his assassin playstyle without having the raw strength to brute force his way out of most situations."

  • Leap2 E - Evolved Wings
    • KHA'ZIX FIX: Fixed a bug where Evolved Wings had a longer cooldown than Leap - 24/22/20/18/16 ⇒ 22/20/18/16/14

v4.7
Targets now need to be further away from each other to be considered 'isolated' for Kha'Zix's damage amplification. Turrets now count as friendlies when it comes to preventing isolation. Kha'Zix now needs to wait a bit longer before re-entering stealth via his R.

"As an assassin, Kha'Zix should be looking for windows of opportunity (or should be relying on his teammates to create those windows) to engage. Instead, Kha'Zix has so much raw power that he's simply forcing engagements and kills on his own. When assassins can start and end a fight without support, that typically points to an overall lack of tactical weaknesses (which champions need to have in order to maintain meaningful counterplay). These changes are to offer more windows of opportunity against Kha'Zix and should make him think twice before going all-in, but this will be an ongoing project as we examine Kha'Zix's core role and strengths."

  • TasteTheirFear Q - Taste Their Fear / Evolved Enlarged Claws
    • ISOLATION RADIUS: 350 units from nearest ally ⇒ 500 units from nearest ally
    • "NEW" GAMEPLAY: Turrets now count as allies when determining whether a target is isolated
  • VoidAssault2 R - Void Assault / Evolved Active Camouflage
    • STEALTH RECAST: 1 second between stealth casts ⇒ 2 seconds between stealth casts

v4.5
Kha'Zix must stay out of stealth longer between casts of Void Assault. Evolved Active Camouflage no longer reduces damage from turrets when Kha'Zix is stealthed.

"We love seeing Kha'Zix players adapt to the changes to Evolved Active Camouflage. Unfortunately, the increased duration of Void Assault combined with extremely short between stealth windows meant that Kha'Zix was straight face-tanking abilities and turret aggro rather than swiftly moving in and out of fights. These changes let Kha'Zix's opponents have a way to respond when the bug is out hunting."

  • VoidAssault R - Void Assault
    • BUGFIX: Casting Flash no longer breaks Void Assault stealth
    • "NEW" COOLDOWN BETWEEN CASTS: 1 second
  • VoidAssault2 R - Evolved Active Camouflage
    • "REMOVED" DAMAGE REDUCTION: Reduces turret damage

v4.3
“Kha’Zix can be oppressive to play against if he starts snowballing in the early game. Even if his opponents stick together to prevent isolation, the bug deals stupendous amounts of all-in damage before leaping to safety with his E resets. Even though we trimmed down his explosive initiations and crazy fast Dragon/Baron killing speed, we still like Kha’Zix as a speedy hunter, so we buffed his ability to maneuver in fights.”

  • TasteTheirFear2 Q - Evolved Enlarged Claws
    • MISSING HEALTH DAMAGE: 8% ⇒ 6%
    • MAXIMUM DAMAGE VS. MONSTERS: 200 ⇒ 100
  • Leap E - Leap
    • BONUS ATTACK DAMAGE RATIO: 0.8 ⇒ 0.2
  • VoidAssault R - Void Assault
    • (NEW) UTILITY: Kha’Zix ignores unit collision while in stealth
  • VoidAssault2 R - Evolved Active Camouflage
    • (NEW) UTILITY: Void Assault Duration +1 seconds (total 2 seconds)

v4.2
These changes affect Twisted Treeline only Same changes that exist on the Crystal Scar

  • TasteTheirFear Q - Taste Their Fear
    • ISOLATION DAMAGE BONUS :: 45% ⇒ 35%
  • TasteTheirFear2 Evolved Enlarged Claws
    • MISSING HEALTH DAMAGE :: 8% ⇒ 6%

v3.13

  • Void Spike - Evolved Spike Racks
    • Slow increased to 30% from 20%

v3.08
The changes to Kha’Zix are ultimately about giving him more viable choices when picking evolutions. Evolving Void Spikes granted such huge damage, high poke, and great utility that it was crowding out his other evolutions. Now Void Spikes gets a slow as part of the base skill, so its utility is there even at level one. Taste Their Fear’s evolution was previously reliant on having targets isolated. Now it works whether they are isolated or not, but does more damage against isolated targets, making it a more reliable choice. We also increased Void Assault’s damage reduction while in stealth to make it a slightly more enticing choice and to remind players of its additional utility.

  • Taste Their Fear
    • Isolation bonus now increases damage by 45%
    • Evolution adds 8% missing Health damage (Can be further increased by Isolation)
  • Void Spikes
    • Now slows targets hit by 20% for 2 seconds
    • Mana cost reduced to 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 from 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100
    • Bonus Attack Damage ratio increased to 1.0 from 0.9
    • Evolution no longer consumes passive to apply effects--instead triples shot
    • Can no longer be cast during Leap
  • Void Assault
    • Damage reduction while in stealth increased to 50% from 40%
