Biography[]

On November 9, 2014, Kold joined the newly formed SK Gaming Prime together with beansu, Godbro, Steelback and Hiiva. Kold competed in the 2015 Spring Expansion with SK Prime. The team were knocked out in Round 1 of the online phase after being beaten by Reason Gaming.

On January 5, 2015, he joined Enemy eSports, moving to North America to play for the team.[33]

2015 Season[]

Enemy played in the North American Challenger Series qualifiers as the #1 seed from the Ranked 5's ladder and qualified for the Challenger Series with 2-0 victories over Arbiters and Darkness. They finished the Challenger season as the top team with a 9-1 record, dropping only one game to Team Fusion. In the playoffs, they defeated Final Five and then Team Dragon Knights and successfully qualified for the Summer LCS split. Enemy's summer split performance was rocky, and they didn't finish higher than seventh place a single week after the second. They ended the split in ninth place, one game above Team Dragon Knights, narrowly avoiding autorelegation. However, in the 2016 Spring Promotion tournament, Enemy lost 3-0 to Team Coast and were sent to the Challenger Series. After their relegation, Kold left the team.

2016 Season[]

Kold returned to Europe for the 2016 Season, joining Splyce for the EU LCS Spring Split. Over the course of the split, Splyce stayed consistently in either seventh place or tied for eighth place. Their final record was 5-13, in 8th place ahead of Team ROCCAT and behind Elements. With a favorable promotion tournament seed, Splyce played against Giants Gaming and won 3-2, requalifying for the LCS for the summer split. The Summer Split was much more successful for the team, as they placed in second place in both the Regular Season and the Playoffs and then qualified for the 2016 Season World Championship as winners of the Regional Qualifier. The team's greatest strenght was their understanding of the macro aspect of the game, with Kold playing a pivotal role from the jungle position. The Danish player was often praised by experts for his cerebral and calculated approach to jungling and his understanding of enemy jungle pathing and how to set up counterplays accordingly, as he himself stated: "I always look at the game where I try to understand the state of the game, and if the state of the game is that I’m gonna do an aggressive play, that’s what I do. Everything is based off of though process and how you’re supposed to play the game".[34]
