The 2014 China Regional Finals is a two stage tournament that will take place at Mercedes Benz Arena in Shanghai, China. It is a two stage tournament that will determine which three teams advance to the 2014 Season World Championship, held across Asia.

Two-stage tournament to decide China's 3 Worlds berths

Stage 1: Champion vs Champion[]

Champions of 2014 LPL Spring (Edward Gaming) and 2014 LPL Summer
One Best of 3 Match
Winner advances to 2014 Season World Championship as China's #1 Seed
Loser is placed into Stage 2 as the top seed
- If Edward Gaming wins both Spring and Summer, EDG and the winner of Stage 2 play a Bo3 to determine the #1 seed and the #2 seed

Stage 2: Spring vs Summer[]

4 Team Double Elimination Bracket
- Loser of Champion vs Champion (If necessary)
- Invictus Gaming, 2014 LPL Spring runner-up
- 2014 LPL Summer 2nd Place
- 2014 LPL Summer 3rd Place
  - If one or more of these teams have already qualified, the next highest 2014 LPL Summer team(s) advance
Best of 3 matches
Winner of Winner's Bracket plays against Edward Gaming in a Best of 3 match to determine China's #1 seed
- Loser of this match advances to 2014 Season World Championship as China's #2 seed.
