The 2016 LOL Pro Preselection League is the LPL's reserve league. Secondary rosters belonging to LPL teams compete and receive prize money per won match.

Format[]
- 10 professional teams (reserve players) are invited to compete.
- Single Round Robin
- All matches are best of three.
- ¥ 5,000 for each match win. (Doesn't count if the other team forfeit.)

¥ 225,000 Chinese Yuan Renminbi are spread among the teams as seen below:
