Overview[]
The 2017 NA League Championship Series is the fifth season of North America's fully professional League of Legends league. Ten teams will compete in a round robin group stage, with the top 6 teams continuing to offline playoffs.
Format[]
- 9 weeks, League play
- Double Round Robin
- Each match is best of three
- Regular Season Placement:
- 1st-6th place advance to the playoffs, with 1st and 2nd receiving byes
- 9th-10th place play in the 2018 Spring Promotion
- Rankings are determined by the following methods:
- Percentage of series won
- Percentage of games won
- Alphabetical order
- Show Tiebreaker Rules
